Image/Texture editing
- GIMP [portable version]

- DDS plug-in (for version 2.8)
- Recommended to either install the 2.8 filters for 2.10 or use 2.8.x versions [portable] since many stuff in 2.10 doesn't work the same as in 2.8
- DXTBmp
- Basic DXT texture editor, can convert between BMP, TGA, DDS formats.
- Allows to export image and alpha channel to and from any image editor.
- NFS Tex-Ed [archive in MEGA]
- Opens EAGL (NFSU-UC) texture archives, can import/export textures to/from them.
